Shipping policy

At Street Element, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, handling times, and delivery expectations.

Dispatch & Processing

  • Orders are processed on Monday to Friday.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation (unless otherwise specified on the product page such as pre orders).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

  • We ship Australia-wide, covering metropolitan and regional areas.

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

    • Metro will be 3 - 4 business days

    • Regional & Rural will be 5 - 10 business days (depending on courier service availability)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are flat to each item and calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight and destination.

  • Any shipping cost or free-shipping terms will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

  • Local pickup from our Sydney warehouse is available by appointment only.

  • Once you receive your “ready for pickup” notification, you can collect at a mutually agreed time. We will not respond to any requests prior to the notification being sent.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. This will be shown via the Shopify system.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update with the courier.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • While we partner with trusted couriers, unexpected delays can occur — e.g. due to courier network issues, remote delivery zones, public holidays, or extreme weather. If your parcel is delayed, we’ll do our best to assist and track it down. However, it is your responsibility to follow up with the couriers.

  • If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP at info@streetelement.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the courier and offer a replacement, refund or other remedy per our Returns & Warranty Policy and in compliance with consumer rights under Australian law.

International Shipping

At this time, Street Element only ships within Australia. International shipping is not available.

Important Information & Customer Responsibility

  • We package parts securely for transit, but many of our items (e.g. automotive accessories, car parts) can be bulky or heavy. Please ensure delivery addresses are correct and accessible — couriers may not be able to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations.

  • Delivery times are estimates only — actual delivery depends on courier route, recipient availability, and other external factors.
