  • Prices displayed on the site include the amounts payable at checkout, including GST (if applicable).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order, using the payment methods available on the site.

  • We do not store full credit card details — payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Shipment and delivery details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier marks the goods as “delivered.” We are not liable for loss, theft or damage once delivery is confirmed, except in the case of damage in transit or a courier fault (see “Faulty or Damaged Goods” below).

  • For local pickup orders: pickup is by appointment only, and risk passes when you collect the item from our warehouse in Sydney.

5. Returns, Repairs & Warranty

  • Our Returns & Exchange Policy governs returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims.

  • You retain all rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL): products must be of acceptable quality, match description, and be fit for purpose. Any additional warranties we provide (e.g. 12-month workmanship/fitment warranty) are offered on top of, not in place of, ACL rights.

  • Returns, refunds or exchanges will be handled per our Returns & Exchange Policy, which you acknowledge as part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions — is owned by Street Element Australia or licensed to us.

  • You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any portion of this site without our prior written consent.

  • Use of any trademarks or logos of Street Element Australia is strictly prohibited without permission.

  • Except as required by law (including ACL), Street Element Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of goods. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, damage to vehicle, or other losses.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to goods or services on this site is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods.
