  • Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Any product that has been installed, painted, modified, or damaged may not be eligible for return or warranty consideration.

  • Claims for return or warranty will not be accepted if the item shows signs of tampering or use beyond the test fit stage.

Our policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or not as described.

Our team takes great care to achieve the most accurate paint match possible, factoring in the natural differences between plastic and metal surfaces, which can affect paint bonding and finish. While slight shade variations may occur due to these material differences, we proudly deliver a 99% paint match accuracy across all factory shades -with the exception of Ceramic White, which reaches up to 95% accuracy due to its unique pigmentation characteristics.

While we strive to match paint colours as closely as possible, please note the following conditions regarding paint-related claims:

  • Paint finish and colour variation are not covered under warranty unless the product is painted in the incorrect colour code compared to the customer’s order or, delivered with significant defects such as peeling, cracking, or flaking within 12 months of purchase

  • Slight differences in paint appearance caused by surface material (e.g. plastic vs. metal), lighting conditions or application methods, which are considered normal and not eligible for refund, exchange, or warranty claims.

  • Any claims related to paint issues must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear photographs for assessment.

  • Warranty does not apply if the item has been installed, altered, repainted, or otherwise modified. This also apply to damages due to misuse, accidents, or improper storage
